Founded in 1987 and now part of Moy Park Limited, Moy Park Beef Orléans is a food business specialising in meat processing. Our production site is located in Fleury-les-Aubrais near Orleans (45-France).
¾ of our 145 employees work on 5 production lines and are organised into 3 teams which keep the site in operation up to 20 hours a day. Moy Park Beef Orléans delivers beef patties to the McDonald’s restaurants in France and Belgium.
Moy Park Beef Orléans produced over 44,000 tons of 100% beef patties and minced meat preparations in 2015 for McDonald’s. Nearly one frozen burger in five produced in France today originates from our site of Fleury-les-Aubrais.
For its meat supply, the company favours short supply chains direct from forty certified abattoirs (located in France, Ireland and the Netherlands), audited several times a year for hygiene and quality (across over 380 control points).
To strengthen our competitiveness, quality and traceability standards, as well as our capacity for innovation, Moy Park Beef Orléans invested € 25 million in 2012 to modernize the production site. Today the company has a capability unmatched in France, prepared for the future and which offers our customers products of the highest standards.
