Institute of Food Science Student Competition

IFST NI held the finals of its second highly successful Student Competition in Queens University Belfast, QUB on Thursday 30 May 2013, A total of 22 entries were received from undergraduates at QUB, Ulster University and the College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE). All were of a high standard and were whittled down to 5 finalists against pre-established criteria by a panel of three IFST members.
