Grill: Pre-heat the grill on medium heat. Place burgers under grill and cook for 16-18 minutes, turning frequently, or until crisp and golden.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 190°C/375°F. Deep fry in oil for 2½ - 3 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Drain well and serve immediately.
