Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to (180°C/350°F). Deep fry in oil for 7 minutes or until crisp and golden. Drain well before serving.
Oven Bake: Pre-heat oven to (200°C/390°F/Gas Mark 6). Place burgers onto tray and bake for 25 minutes turning halfway through cooking, or until crisp and golden.
