Smoky BBQ Chicken Shanks
What a showstopper, juicy British chicken shanks in a smoky, southern style BBQ marinade. These will definitely be the star of the menu!
Can be served hot or cold.
All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
Remove all packaging.
TO OVEN HEAT (FROM FROZEN):
Place 2 shanks on a baking tray, and heat in the centre of a preheated oven 190˚C / Fan 170˚C / Gas Mark 5 for 35-40 minutes.
TO MICROWAVE (1750W) (FROM CHILLED):
Defrost the shanks fully as per instruction opposite before heating.
Place 2 shanks on a non metallic plate. Heat on full power for 2-2 1/2 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute.
Adjust heating times accordingly for microwaves with different power outputs.
Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat.
This product is fully cooked and may be eaten hot or cold.

If defrosting, defrost thoroughly in refrigerator for a minimum of 24 hours before use and consume within 24 hours.
If food has thawed do not refreeze.
