Large Buffalo Chicken Wings
British chicken wings in a buffalo style glaze. Ready to serve in minutes, with a multitude of different cooking methods available.
If cooking from chilled, the product must be defrosted.
Remove outer packaging. Place the product on a plate, cover with cling film, and defrost the wings thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in a refrigerator. If defrosting, ensure the product is thoroughly defrosted prior to cooking. Do not refreeze if defrosted

Preheat oil to 170˚C and cook for approximately
FROM CHILLED: 5 1/2 - 6 minutes
FROM FROZEN: 8 - 8 1/2 minutes
Drain well on kitchen paper before serving.
Check food is cooked thoroughly and is piping hot throughout before serving.
