Breaded Chicken Quarter Pounder
Tender chicken breast meat coated in golden breadcrumbs. This tasty burger provides big bun fill and excellent plate coverage.
All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. For best results cook from frozen. Deep Fry Preheat oil to 180?C. Place quarter pounders into hot oil and cook for approximately 5-6 minutes. Drain well before serving. Oven Bake preheat oven to 220c/425F/Gas Mark 7. Place quarter pounders onto a baking tray and cook in top half of the oven for approximately 15-30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Grill place quarter pounders under a medium grill on a rack and cook for approximately 10 -12 minutes, turning frequently. Check food is cooked thoroughly and is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat
