Our dedication to continually improving animal welfare is elaborated by the Farm Animal Welfare Council and known as the 'Five Freedoms'. These form the basis for the assessment of welfare within any system.

Moy Park consider it a moral duty to prevent the unnecessary suffering of animals. The Group's animal welfare programme seeks to guarantee the safety and humane treatment of animals, through internal rules and regularly audited procedures, as well as investment in the implementation of modern technologies, upgraded facilities and new forms of rearing and logistics.
