Night Shift: Sun-Thurs OR Mon-Fri 22.00-06.00
 
The role will be responsible for ensuring that all Hygiene training requirements are completed successfully to ensure individuals are trained to Moy Park & Customer Standards.
 
Duties will include:
·         Maintaining training records and reviewing training procedures
·         Training of new employees against procedures
·         Training existing employees on any updates to procedures and assessing skills as required
·         Delivering training courses / presentations
·         Attending training courses as necessary to gain further qualifications
·         Reviewing & writing of CIC’s
·         Completing Risk Assessments to ensure all Health & Safety Requirements are covered
 
Key Skills – Essential Requirements
·         Experience in completing hygiene duties in a food manufacturing environment
·         Self motivated and organised
·         Good communication skills
·         Strong interpersonal skills
·         Attention to detail and accuracy
·         Able to accept responsibility and show initiative
·         Good organisational skills and able to work under pressure
·         IT skills – Word and Excel
·         Flexibility to change days of work and hours of work to meet the needs of the role. 
 
Key Skills – Desirable
·         Presentation skills
·         Previous training experience
·         Level 3 Food Safety Supervision for Manufacturing
·         Level 3 HACCP
