Reporting to the Senior Inventory Controller, this role is responsible for ensuring the business planning and decision making, based on accurate stock figure through the network – factory or warehouse.  
The core function of the role is to ensure stock transactions are correctly processes and any errors are resolved in a timely manner.  The design of the SAP system from Pilgrims requires these errors to be resolved in a timely manner for our fresh business and requires a team 24/7.
You will be responsible for managing the accurate processing of customer returns,
managing the accurate processing of obsolescent and disposed stock. Compilation of reports relating to inventory management and stock transfer as required is essential for this role as is checking external cold store paperwork & records and ensuring that all records are completed fully and meet all departmental & Company requirements.
The successful candidate will have numeracy, common sense and analytical skills. This position requires a strong character who is able to work under pressure to meet deadline and the individual should have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business. System literature (office 365) and ability to learn new systems and processes is essential for this role. SAP or equivalent ERP system is desirable.
