Through a series of clearly defined roles specifically focused within the Operations function, this is an excellent developmental role for an ambitious graduate to gain a range of experience, knowledge and skills.  You will have the opportunity to extend your skill set across the full scope of Operations over a 2 year period covering both the Fresh and Prepared Food Business Units. There will be opportunities to have responsibility for the day to day running of departments with a clearly defined set of goals and objectives.  Involvement in Continuous Improvement, logistics and Quality projects will also give you exposure to all aspects impacting Operations. 

This is very much a hands on role with specific deliverables throughout the training period, offering responsibility, accountability and challenge as well as career development.

You will possess a 3rd level degree in any discipline. You will have good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills to allow you to communicate cross functionally.  You will be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to be assertive and tenacious.  You must be organised and have a structured approach to problem solving and decision making.   You must be willing to relocate for placements.  Preference will be given to those who have completed an industrial placement.

All candidates should be available from July 2019.
