Moy Park calls on ambitious graduates to join its award winning programme

Moy Park has launched a call for graduates to take part in its award winning Graduate Management Trainee Programme. The programme, which has been running for five years, was named ‘Training Programme of the Year’ at the prestigious Food Manufacture Excellence Awards earlier this month.

Fresh from its award win, Moy Park is calling on ambitious graduates to apply for its 2017 intake which closes at the end of November.

The scheme is open to graduates across all disciplines and equips participants with essential skills in team leadership, personal effectiveness, financial awareness and commercial acumen; ensuring they have the right tools for business leadership. The two year programme includes four different placements opportunities and graduates will also gain a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management.

Speaking about the programme, Katharine Strain, Head of Talent and Organisational Development at Moy Park said:

“Key to our success as one of the UK’s top 10 food companies is a commitment to recruiting and developing talent. The food industry is fast paced and ever-changing, with great opportunities for learning, progression and personal reward. Whether your interests lie in technical, engineering, product development, marketing, finance, logistics or any number of other areas – there is a range of stimulating opportunities available.”

“We are keen for energetic and ambitious graduates to apply for what is the perfect launch pad from which to build a successful career with Moy Park.”

The closing date for applications for Moy Park’s graduate management trainee programme is Wednesday 30 November. Applications can be made online via www.moypark.com/graduate
